Refund Policy — Rockstars Hub

Rockstars Hub is owned and operated by The Ambili Experience. This policy defines the terms under which refunds are processed for our programs, workshops, events, and services.

1. Overview

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. General Refund Policy

All payments made towards Rockstars Hub offerings are strictly non-refundable once successfully processed. We strongly advise reviewing all program details, schedules, and commitments before enrolling.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios (Exceptions Only)

Refunds will be considered only in the following exceptional cases, and all cases are subject to verification:

  • Duplicate payment: multiple charges for the same offering due to a technical error.
  • Payment failure with no access: payment was deducted but access was not granted due to a system issue.
  • Cancellation by Rockstars Hub: a program or event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
  • Overcharge: payment exceeds the listed or agreed price.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Failure to attend live sessions, workshops, or events.
  • Lack of participation or incomplete course usage.
  • Personal constraints, including health issues, travel, or schedule conflicts.
  • Missed sessions, calls, or community engagements.
  • Access to any digital content, recordings, or materials once delivered.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email connect@ambili.com with the subject “Refund Request - [Your Name].” Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

  • Your registered email address or phone number.
  • Transaction ID or payment proof.
  • A clear reason for the request.
  • Supporting documents or screenshots, if applicable.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original source account, UPI ID, credit card, or payment method used for the transaction.
  • Payment gateway charges and transaction fees will be borne by the member and deducted from the refund amount.
  • Delays caused by banks or payment providers are beyond our control.
  • A confirmation will be shared once the refund is initiated.

7. Fair Use & Policy Integrity

Misuse of this policy, fraudulent claims, or attempts to exploit the system may result in rejection of refund requests, immediate suspension of access, or further action if deemed necessary.

8. Policy Updates

Rockstars Hub reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected here, and continued use of our services implies acceptance.
